Gabriel Martinelli
Martinelli was absent from Arsenal's first-team training on Monday. football.london understands that the Brazil international was unwell.
The talented winger was then left out of the squad yesterday as the Gunners took on PSV. Fans will be hoping he returns to the field this weekend when the north Londoners welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to the Emirates Stadium.

Smith Rowe has recovered from a knee injury and featured in Arsenal's final training session before facing PSV. The Hale End graduate started in the Gunners' 5-0 win over Sheffield United at the end of October, but has been absent ever since.

Arteta recently provided a fresh update on the 30-year-old's rehabilitation process but did not make it clear if he will be fit to face Liverpool in their FA Cup third-round clash at the start of 2024.
